As a single mother, buying a home was not in my immediate future. However, Tina had put a bug in my ear about all of the benefits to buying a home versus living in an apartment and renting. So I began to just check it out to see if this was something even remotely possible that I would be able to handle. Just the thought of me going through the whole "PROCESS" of buying a home made me nauseated. I didn't know anything about a PMI, pre-approval, or an escrow. And "points", what are those. Isn't that what you count for your meals with Weight Watchers? Needless to say, I went into the process of buying a home on faith, knowing that I had put my full trust in Tina because she knew what she was doing, and most importantly, she had my best interest at heart. I would have been leary with someone else, but not with Tina. She held my hand and guided me in the right direction and that's what made it so easy. By the end of the process I knew all of the "terms" and was confident that I had made the right decision on the home that I bought, and especially with having someone like Tina to help me through the process. I must say that if it wasn't for Tina, I would probably not be a homeowner today.
