I had a wonderful experience working with Weichert and Tina. She was very patient in walking me through every step of the process - since this was my first house I had a lot of nervous questions! From finding a reliable housing counseling service so that I could qualify for the DSHA First Time Homebuyers Program, to answering every little panicked question as I reviewed paperwork and didn't quite understand it, she was there to help. The best part is that I never felt uncomfortable or that Tins was trying to steer me towards more house than I may have been able to afford. She had a very practical, down to earth approach of ensuring that I was looking in my price range, and every time we went to look at houses, she seemed to have narrowed further in to the type that I liked. Settlement went very smoothly, as Tina ensured that the paperwork for both her and myself had the I's dotted and the T's crossed - less than an hour in the lawyer's office all told! I've since settled very happily into my new home and we've stayed in touch over the little things of settling in. I'm not planning on moving any time soon, but I'll definitely be recommending her to some of my friends who are thinking of their own first home and I'd choose to work with her again in the future.
